Adorable giant anteater twins make debut at south China safari park

Asia's first artificially-bred pigeon pair of giant anteaters finally got to meet the public in Chimelong Safari Park of south China's Guangdong Province on Wednesday. This pair of male-and-female twins was born on March 3, 2020. The male cub was a quarter lighter than average, but under the careful eye of zoo keepers both of them are now healthy. It usually takes longer for human-raised animals to get involved in maternal blood relationships again. Yet, zoo keepers have successfully united the baby twins with their mother.
