The footage taken on May 31 and early June 1 showed more than a dozen Chicago police officers lounging inside the burgled office of Congressman Bobby Rush while nearby businesses were looted. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot on Thursday said she's "angry" and "disgusted" by their actions.
