As of June 16, Brazil has over 890,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 44,000 deaths, with a 60-percent occupancy rate of intensive care beds. Bruno, a Brazilian doctor and team leader at the field hospital of Rio de Janeiro prefecture, is on the front line treating an average of 200 patients a day. Despite witnessing pain and death, Bruno says the pandemic is providing lessons of love.
