The high-level video meeting on the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) international cooperation will be held on Thursday with the theme of "strengthening BRI international cooperation, jointly combat COVID-19," Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian announced at a press briefing on Tuesday.

The meeting will be chaired by Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi and will be attended by foreign ministers or ministers from 25 countries as well as officials from the United Nations and the World Health Organization, added Zhao.
