Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday delivered a speech titled "Defeating COVID-19 with Solidarity and Cooperation" at the Extraordinary China-Africa Summit on Solidarity against COVID-19 via video conference from Beijing, calling for more efforts to mobilize necessary resources, for collaboration, and do whatever is necessary to protect people's lives and health and minimize the fallout of COVID-19.
