Beijing Railway Station takes strict measures to contain COVID-19

Beijing Railway Station, located in southeastern Beijing, has been undertaking strict measures to contain the virus. The station has reduced 50-60 pairs of trains per day. /VCG

The station has seen a decline in passengers as the city restricts outbound travels. /VCG

Beijing on Tuesday raised its level of COVID-19 emergency response from Level III to Level II after the emergence of a new cluster of infections linked to Xinfadi market, the city's largest wholesale market for fruits, vegetables and meat. /VCG
