Located in Luoping County of Yunnan Province's Qujing City is the Wanfeng Mountain Nature Reserve. It is a real "monkey mountain" with a macaque population of more than 2,000. Macaques are under second-class state protection in China. They share this region with lush forests and the local Yi ethnic minority group.
