Elsie Leung: People don't have to worry about the new national security law

The draft of the proposed national security law for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) says the chief executive would have the power to appoint judges to hear national security cases. 

Concerns have raised that people charged under the new national security law could stand trial in the Chinese mainland, instead of the HKSAR. Some even say it's a new weapon to eliminate dissidents.

Elsie Leung, former HKSAR Justice Secretary, told CGTN all the answers.
