Two hundred hectares of Chinese peonies are blossoming in Inner Mongolia's Ergun wetland. One of the largest wetlands in Asia, the site attracts many nature and plant lovers in June during the flower's peak blooming season.

The Ergun wetland covers an area of 1.56 million hectares and is located on the west side of the Greater Khingan Range. Nearly 700 kinds of wild animals and plants can be found there, and 20 million migratory birds rest there every year.
