If you have never been to the Samaba, you will never know how large a rice terrace field can be. Samaba rice terrace fields in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province are the largest linked pieces of terraces in the world, occupying a land area of 933 hectares.

The terrace field has a history of more than 700 years.
