'Occupy City Hall' protest in New York City to defund police

New York protesters on Tuesday set out to occupy an area outside City Hall until the NYPD is defunded by at least $1 billion. The budget hearing is scheduled to take place on June 30, and the protesters hope the movement will last until then.
