Sixteen crew members on a Russian fishing vessel have tested positive for coronavirus. The ship has been docked in South Korea's Busan since Sunday. South Korea's health authorities on Tuesday said they were testing 176 people who came into contact with the crew members. People in contact with crew members, including port workers, customs officials, repair workers, and interpreters are under quarantine.
