More than 7,400 medical personnel in Beijing have collected samples for nucleic acid tests from more than 2.34 million people between June 12 and 21 following a resurgence of COVID-19 in the city. Special cabins are used to provide better conditions for nucleic acid sampling in the high summer temperatures and improve the medical staff's level of comfort. Each cabin is equipped with air conditioning, ultraviolet sterilization capability and a central ventilation system. With the assistance of the central ventilation system, positive pressure can be formed inside the cabin, ensuring a clean environment where medical workers can collect samples without wearing protective suits.
