Currently, in the wetland of the Manas National Wetland Park located in Manas County of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, thousands of newborn chicks are twittering as if they are telling their enthusiastic feelings to the world.

Now is the breeding season for migratory birds. Egrets, grey herons and other species are all busy hatching their eggs and feeding their babies.

According to the staff of the park, over 20,000 birds came to the wetland to breed this year, and this number is double that of last year.

The Manas National Wetland Park is located on a bird migration route, hence it welcomes large flocks every year.
