A duckling was "born" in an oven after a loving British couple managed to turn the cooking machine into an incubator. /CFP
Will Hall and Alice Kendall came across the orphan egg near where they live. They later decided to take it home after failing to find the nest. /CFP
They placed the egg in the preheated oven, on a baking tray covered with a towel. The couple watched over it and kept the temperature at 32 degrees Celsius. /CFP
Much to their surprise and relief, the duckling cracked the shell within two hours. /CFP
The couple said they were thrilled of the birth and added they will take the orphan to a rescue center or duck pond when it is big and strong enough. /CFP
