Rediscovery of rare plant in Tibet after more than 100 years

Scientists from Chengdu Institute of Biology under the Chinese Academy of Sciences published a study on June 28 revealing a specimen they collected in 2015 in the Tibet Autonomous Region to be the long-awaited species Aeschynanthus monetaria, which had not been seen for more than 100 years.
