A flag-raising ceremony was held at Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Wednesday, to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China. Meanwhile, the National Security Law has been issued to ensure social stability and future development under the principle of "One Country, Two Systems."
