National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Francis Collins and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Robert Redfield testify at a Senate subcommittee hearing to review Operation Warp Speed (OWS), a public-private partnership among components of the Department of Health and Human Services, including the CDC and the NIH.
