If you ever contacted Taobao's customer service and had a slow reply from the staff, don't get mad, because the person on the other side of the line might have a disability. Chu Zhenlong is an artist with cerebral palsy working at a painting shop on Taobao. Since he first started, he faced many difficulties, for example, he took too long to reply or wrote down the wrong address, but never gave up. Encouraged by his colleagues, he got the chance to communicate with customers and solve those problems. Chu said the work gave him more confidence and some friends, and he now feels more respected.
