The president of Hong Kong's Legislative Council said on Thursday that the National Security Law will help Hong Kong emerge from the unrest that erupted last year. Andrew Leung Kwan-yuen made the remarks during an interview, where he noted that this legislation is welcomed by a vast majority in Hong Kong.
