Beijing eases outbound travel rules as case count drops

Beijing has been seeing a drop in COVID-19 infections. Local authorities reported only one new case Friday. The Chinese capital has since relaxed outbound travel restrictions. Most residents no longer need to present a negative COVID-19 test result to leave the city.
