Tech isolation may exclude U.S. from global supply chains

Countries around the world are working with China in dealing with COVID-19 while the U.S. is pursuing the path of tech isolation. As a result, there'll be more robust global supply chains that may exclude the U.S., says Andy Mok, research fellow at Center for China and Globalization.
