The Information Office of Beijing Municipality holds its 143rd press conference on COVID-19 prevention and control measures. Residents from designated "low risk" areas are allowed to leave the city without showing negative nucleic acid test certificates from July 4 as the new COVID-19 cases kept decreasing.
