Many universities are moving classes online due to the pandemic. But the U.S. says foreign students won't be allowed to stay in the country if all of their classes are moved online. Felix Wang is an international student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has been studying in the U.S. for around eight years. Felix said he hopes schools can roll out countermeasures following the announcement of new visa rules.
