CGTN spoke to an international student on what she thinks about the new guidelines in the U.S. Lea Thome is from Germany and is currently attending the University of Rochester in New York, which plans to use a hybrid model and move to online-only classes after Thanksgiving. She's started an online petition, urging the U.S. government to allow students with online-only classes to remain.
