Over 40 soldiers built two pontoon bridges in Shexian County, east China Anhui Province on Tuesday to ensure students could safely get to the venue for the national college entrance examination, also known as Gaokao, on time. Due to the heavy rainfall, the county had to cancel the first two sections of the exams on July 7. To guarantee the exams on July 8, over 40 soldiers worked around the clock to build two pontoon bridges overnight.
