The Beijing Ducks claimed their fifth victory in a row after beating the Jilin Northeast Tigers 91-64 on Friday. American center Ekpe Udoh scored a big double-double of 23 points, 17 rebounds, and four blocks, all game highs. Though he missed his four attempts from downtown, Jeremy Lin contributed 12 points, seven rebounds, eight assists, and two steals for Beijing.

The Shanxi Loongs suffered a humiliating loss of 104-71 against the Xinjiang Flying Tigers on Friday. The team only scored 10 points in the first quarter and 26 in the first half, fewer than what Xinjiang got in Q1 (31). Shanxi failed to reach even 20 in any of the first three quarters and only did in the last quarter when the game was long gone. It's hard for a team to win when their players went 1-20 from the 3-point line.
