Seventeen people were injured in an explosion in a sewage treatment plant in Fuxin City, northeast China's Liaoning Province, local official sources said Sunday. The explosion happened around 8:40 p.m. on Saturday. Two of the injured have been hospitalized and the other 15 are under medical observation.
