Making food waste edible again by drying and grounding them to powder is the idea of Treasure8, a San Francisco start-up. As consumers' purchasing power declines during the outbreak, more fruit and vegetables stockpiled are being thrown away. However, after Treasure8's treatment, it becomes food on the table again with a new taste.
