Live: China braces for serious flooding in southern area

As heavy rainfall continues to batter flood-hit south China, Chinese authorities devote all-out efforts to combat rain and flooding. Since June, continuous downpours have lashed large parts of southern China, and the water levels of many rivers in the affected regions have exceeded the warning mark.
