In east China's Jiangxi Province, militiamen worked quickly and efficiently to evacuate residents along a section of the Yangtze River, as the water level of nearby lakes and rivers continue to rise. According to the hydrological department's forecast, the Mianchuan section of the river will threaten the people living in Pengze County. The evacuation began on Sunday and lasted for three consecutive days. As of now, a total of 4,004 people have been transferred.
