Kotetsu the cat got the ride of its life when its owner put it at the wheel of an F1 race car recently and set it off doing laps at high speed. 

Not to worry: the three-year-old feline never actually set its paws on a racetrack, but was instead seated in front of a large screen. Still, it played along, leaning into the curves as the car slowed and accelerated again. 

A friend of the cat's owner who is an amateur F1 racer had recorded himself circling a track in a Ferrari and later helped set up the cat's very own race.
