With definite control over the game, the Beijing Ducks smashed the Guangzhou Loong Lions 105-81 on Saturday, pushing their winning streak to eight games.
Jeremy Lin delivered an all-star performance, 18 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists to help the team secure third place in the overall ranking.
Heading into the game, both sides played with their existing level. With Jeremy Lin and Ekpe Udoh quickly found their pace, Beijing Ducks established a lead early on.
The Guangzhou Loong Lions only made 10 wins so far this season and thus already said farewell to the playoffs. Things got worse as the team's foreign player Marcus Georges-Hunt had to miss out on the game due to injury.
