Two bridge sections successfully docked with each other before dawn in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, after rotating 40 and 19 degrees, respectively. It marks the successful rotation of China's biggest curved and eccentric-pivot section of the bridge, while its spherical hinge also played an important part in the rotation of the heavy bridge sections. This bridge section is a part of the 35.95-kilometer-long Line Four of Ningbo City's rail transit system, which is expected to start operations at the end of this year.
