A surveillance video released by a conservation group shows rare snow leopards wandering on a plateau in northwest China's Qinghai Province.

The big cat is listed as vulnerable on the IUCN Red List and is under first-class state protection in China. 

Qinghai is a major natural habitat for snow leopards.
