An injured golden eagle was rescued on July 15 in north China's Hebei Province.
The bird of prey was unable to fly because of an injured left claw. It has been sent to a rescue center for medical help and will be released back to the wild when it's fully recovered.
The golden eagle is under first-class state protection in China.
