U.S. President Donald Trump has changed his rhetoric on the coronavirus. In the first briefing on the pandemic in months, he encouraged Americans to wear a mask if they cannot maintain social distancing. Meanwhile, he warned the virus will probably get worse as the U.S. is seeing a surge of new cases, with the total approaching 3.9 million.
