U.S. President Donald Trump changed rhetoric on wearing masks at a White House news briefing on July 21, urging Americans to wear masks to help contain the coronavirus pandemic.
Trump's comments came as U.S. confirmed COVID-19 cases surpassed three million, with more than 144,000 deaths.
