A Chinese bulbul chick, also known as the light-vented bulbul, attracted the attention of many bird-lovers at the Xihai Wetland Park in Beijing's Shichahai Park on July 24. The chick joyfully hopped on the seedpods of the lotus in the pond, and did not fear the large crowed of photographers gathering around the lotus pond. 

In recent years, the improved ecological environment at Xihai Wetland Park has attracted more and more species of birds to settle and breed here.
