Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (CPCCC), on July 23 visited the Changshan Huayuan Community and Jilin Changchun School for Training Community Cadres to learn about the community's Party building, grassroots governance, and work related to public service. The Changshan Huayuan Community is a standout community in Changchun City, northeast China's Jilin Province. By exploring new ways of community governance in recent years, the community has provided an effective model for the scientific governance of urban communities and the consolidation of grassroots Party building.
