The Yangtze River's third flood peak of the year has passed through the southwestern mega-city of Chongqing. Many residents along the river were evacuated ahead of its arrival. Officials say the Three Gorges Dam effectively retained more than a third of the peak flood water. Our reporter Zhou Jiaxin is at the scene.
