A staff member of a local scenic spot filmed a Shensi tree frog sitting on a rock by a river in the Qinling Mountains in northwest China's Shaanxi Province.

The staff member also recorded two tree frogs mating earlier.

The Shensi tree frog is endemic to the Qinling Mountains and has a small population.

The appearance of the rare frogs marks the improvement of the local ecological environment.
