Some European countries, like Germany, are mulling to hold outdoor classes to get more kids back to school. The U.S. and Germany did likewise a century ago to prevent the spread of tuberculosis.

The WHO has advised moving lessons outdoors as much as possible after epidemiologists claimed that viral particles diffuse easier in the fresh air.

Being away from the confines of a stuffy classroom not only reduces the risk of COVID-19 spread, but studies have confirmed that outdoor education also improve children's cognitive and physical abilities.
