On April 24, someone reported that a man and a woman with guns were using drugs in a car. The man was scared and hid behind the car door at gunpoint while keeping his hand up.
Later on, he was shot on the leg, so he tried to drive away from the scene, but right when he drove off, he was shot by police and pronounced dead at the scene. Authority says he did not have a gun with him.
