A magnitude-4.6 earthquake jolted the city of Artux in the Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region at 7:47 a.m. Sunday local time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
