Government officials of the northeastern Chinese city of Dalian brief the media on the latest measures taken to contain COVID-19.

Officials have ruled out the possibility of domestic transmission as the origin of the COVID-19 infections in Dalian, which reported a total of 87 confirmed cases as of Monday morning, among which 38 are linked to a seafood processing company.
