The U.S. military says it has called off the search for seven Marines and a sailor missing at sea for days, presuming they're dead. The amphibious vehicle with the military personnel sank on Thursday during a training exercise off the coast of southern California. A total of 16 service members were on board and eight were rescued, including one who later died and two in critical condition.
