Live: Hurricane Isaias rips up the U.S. East Coast

Hurricane Isaias made a landfall on Monday in southern U.S. state North Carolina, causing flooding and damaging homes on its way up the coast.
The storm is expected to reach the Mid-Atlantic by early morning Tuesday and the Northeast by Tuesday night, bringing strong winds and heavy rainfall all along the East Coast.
