The studies of more than one billion students around the world have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Both local and international students have encountered problems such as not being able to travel, uncertainty over pursuing their studies abroad, finding a job and, in severe cases, grappling with mental illness. But at the same time, this long battle has also given birth to many new things and there are rare opportunities and hope in the post-pandemic era.

In this special coverage of "COVID-19 Frontline," we invite students from the UK, France, the U.S., Thailand and China to share their experience of studying and living amid the coronavirus and how they are coping with changes and adjusting their lifestyles, from eating and hobbies to maintaining a healthy state of mind.
