Typhoon Hagupit strikes east China's Zhejiang Province

Hagupit, the fourth typhoon of this year, made its landfall in east China's Zhejiang Province on Tuesday. Hagupit landed on the coastal areas of Yueqing City at around 3:30 a.m., packing winds of 38 meters per second near its center.
